Stonewood Village is a unique community of shops and businesses on Capitol Drive in Brookfield, Wis. As you stroll the walkways among the nine historic buildings in our eight-acre community, you'll truly feel as though you are in a quaint village away from the hectic pace of the nearby city. Stonewood Village will be greatly enhanced starting in the coming years. Several new buildings and upgrades to existing buildings and grounds are on the drawing board. $15 Million Makeover Planned for Stonewood Village
Oconomowoc developer Mike Schutte is planning to redevelop Stonewood Village in Brookfield by adding more than 80,000 square feet of retail and office space and investing up to $15 million in the 32-year-old commercial complex on West Capitol Drive.
