Stonewood Village Shops

Stonewood Village is a unique community of shops and businesses on Capitol Drive in Brookfield, Wis. As you stroll the walkways among the nine historic buildings in our eight-acre community, you'll truly feel as though you are in a quaint village away from the hectic pace of the nearby city.  

Stonewood Village will be greatly enhanced starting in the coming years. Several new buildings and upgrades to existing buildings and grounds are on the drawing board. The redevelopment will add 35,000 square feet of commercial and retail space and 20,000 square feet of office space.
